Join us for the
2014 Triangle Muscle Walk!
Registration - 10:30 AM | Walk Begins - 12:00 PM
For every dollar you raise or donate, 100 percent goes directly to support the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Every step you take will help people right in your area who are living with muscle disease. When you reach your fundraising goal and the finish line of your MDA Muscle Walk, every one of your nearly 650 muscles will feel fantastic — we guarantee it.
While you’re at it, download the Muscle Walk Facebook application and get started spreading the word about why you are walking in the Muscle Walk!
Spread the word to businesses and corporations by asking for their sponsorship support. Sponsorship solicitation is easy and rewarding. Download our sponsorship packets or for more info about "making the ask," please contact our office at (919) 783-022 or email us at email@example.com.
Calling All Team Captains!
Check out our Muscle Walk Tram Captain Packet which has all of the information you need to cheer on your team and paint Eastern North Carolina Red and Blue!
Why do you walk?
The Muscle Walk is not your average walk-a-thon event. The main factor in this event is you! We want to know why you walk. Your story can inspire others and show our community that the face of neuromuscular disease is as varied as the amazing families we serve. Print off this Why I Walk Flyer and share your story with the world!
Want to save time on the day of the event? Be sure to print your 2014 Triangle Muscle Walk Waiver and bring it with you to the event! Remember that EVERY SINGLE person MUST have a signed waiver in order to participate in the event.
