I'm pumped up about the MDA Muscle Walk.

Welcome to my Muscle Walk Personal Fundraising page!

While I have no children of my own, I am the proud Aunt of two handsome nephews and a beautiful niece.
In August 2012, my youngest nephew, Michael Gentry, was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) at the age of seven. The diagnosis was devastating to me personally, as I have been living with my nephew and his sister since they were babies.  I know my nephew to be a loving, smart, talented, honest and a strong willed young man.  Now at the age of nine, Michael loves building Lego sets and he one day hopes to build buildings, airplanes and rockets.  He is a member of the School’s Student Council and he recently made the Honor Roll with all As and one B in Music (we can’t all be Beethoven).   I would be extremely grateful, if my friends and former colleagues would support me by either sponsoring me in the Muscle Walk to raise money for the MDA. Better yet, if you will join me in this walk, or a walk in your area in support of my nephew and other children like him. Thank you! Love to all!
