I'm participating in the 2014 Baltimore MDA Muscle Walk, March 30th, and I need your help!
This is the 3rd year and we want to make it even better than the last!
As many of you know, our beloved brother Travis passed on November 25, 2011, at the too young age of 20.
Travis loved elevators, gps receivers, and his family. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved life more than anyone we've ever known. He never let DMD or his autism bring him down, and he didn't see either as having a negative impact on his life. He gracefully accepted both and even as his health and physical abilities declined over the years, he never complained and was always happy. Without knowing, he taught us so much in the ways of love, acceptance, humility, grace, and overcoming obstacles life presents all of us on our journey. He will always be an inspiration for us and many others.
We're participating in the Walk this year because we want to do something meaningful and we hope to have your support. We chose MDA because of all the incredible things they do for the families they serve in our community.
