Take a step in the right direction, come out and walk with us to help bring awareness to Muscular Dystrophy.

Hello my name is Holly Eddy. I have been a team captain for the Muscular dystrophy walk in Binghamton, NY for the past 5 years. This year I am also forming a team and hope to get as many friends and family involved as possible. As some of you may know, my father suffers from this debilitating disease. This is a personal fight to help bring awareness to Muscular Dystrophy as well as to help raise funding for all the programs and services the MDA offers. Each year I devote my time to the Binghamton MDA walk in hopes that someday we will find a cure and end the difficulties that Muscular Dystrophy causes for its' victims and their families. I hope that this year you will join me in helping to raise donations that will go towards research and support for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. If you are unable to donate financially, please consider becoming a volunteer. The walk is located at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena on October 4, 2014. Registration begins at 9AM victory lap will be at 11am. The walk is indoors and is filled with fun for all ages. If you would like to help out, please contact me directly at (570)767-1358/ or via my Facebook- to inquire about walking with my team or volunteering at the walk itself. You can also visit my home page and click donate. Hope to see you there!
