I'm Biking Across New Hampshire to Support the Muscular Dystrophy Association - MDA

Family, friends and colleagues,

I am once again riding across the state of New Hampshire in support of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. I chose MDA because of all the incredible things it does for the families it serves in our community. This event is a three day, 250 mile bike ride across NH starting at the Canadian border above Colebrook and ending in Portsmouth, with stops in Littleton and Laconia. This will be my forth year riding in this this event and is certainly a challenge but nothing in comparison with the daily challenges the individuals and their families living with muscular dystrophy face. Each year there are events over the weekend where we meet and catch up with many of these families that benefit from the work of the NH MDA. Often the disease progression evident in these kids and young adults is heartbreaking, putting so much in perspective.

I'm lending "muscle" to MDA this year because I want to do something meaningful, and I hope to have your support.

Make your muscles work for something good. Please sponsor my effort with a donation to support the MDA and the search for means to arrest and eventually cure this disorder.

I'm supporting MDA, and I'd like you to join me,
